Payment Terms: JPM Fire & Safety Equipment, Inc. accepts net 20 day terms with approved credit. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. NO C.O.D. are accepted.
Fire Department Accounts Terms: JPM Fire & Safety Equipment, Inc extends open account credit terms to all full-time and volunteer fire departments, cities, governmental agencies, located within the continental United States. These terms will be on a net 20 days account. All others must purchase with a credit card. Credit Card orders will be approved prior to ordering.
Sales Tax Exempt Accounts: Customers that are located in Arkansas and are exempt from Arkansas Sales Tax should answer all questions at end of order. A final email confirmation will be sent showing changes once tax exempt is confirmed.
Shipping Terms: Shipping Charges are for reference only. Items that are within the requirements of UPS and/or FedEx Ground terms of shipping policy. Only actually charges will be invoiced. Orders with items that must be shipped by Truck will be e-mailed an estimated shipping charge prior to order being shipped.
Returns: Custom items cannot be returned. Stock items can be returned but are subjected to a restocking charge from 10% to 50% depending on manufacturer return policy. Please contact JPM Fire & Safety, Inc. before the return of any materials to obtain a return authorization #. Packages returned without authorization will be refused, Sorry.
Cancellations: Once an order is placed it goes immediately into production. Therefore, custom orders may be subject to cancellation charges if art or any production has begun. Custom and Standard Clothing may not be change once order, some items may be changed within a limited time of placing order. Please contact us if any changes are needed, we will assist you in changing your order. Stock items can be cancelled if they have not shipped.
Shortages: Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days from the date of shipment. Claims made after 10 days will not be accepted.
Privacy: We will never intentionally disclose any personal identification information about you as an individual user (such as, for example, your full name, street address, telephone number, credit card number or e-mail address) to any third party without having received your permission. We may request personal identification information from you in connection with your use of our web site. Our policy is to collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us.
We may contact you to confirm your registration and about your account status and regarding changes to the JPM Fire & Safety Equipment, Inc. Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy.
We have the following exceptions to these policies: We will release specific information about you or your account to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order.
